Robert P. Landin serves as Co-Managing Partner of The Milestone Group and Co-Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee. With more than 35 years of experience, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, capital markets initiatives, and global fundraising efforts.
As a veteran of the real estate private equity sector, Mr. Landin previously served as CEO of Milestone REIT, leading the entity from its inception in March 2013 through its successful multi-billion-dollar sale in 2017. Prior to joining Milestone in 2004, he held senior leadership positions at Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital, where he was instrumental in the acquisition, structuring, and disposition of more than $10 billion in real estate investments across diverse asset classes and portfolios.
Mr. Landin holds a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Union College and completed advanced studies at The London School of Economics. Deeply committed to industry and community leadership, he is an active member of The Real Estate Council and serves on the Dallas Foundation Board of Governors.
