Jim Duey is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions in Milestone’s Dallas office, leading acquisition activities in the firm’s Texas and the Southwestern markets. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating asset and portfolio acquisitions and has completed more than $2billion in multifamily investments representing over 20,000 units. Prior to this role, Mr. Duey served as Milestone’s Director of Capital Services, overseeing the firm’s capital enhancement and value-add strategies. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years with Insignia Financial Group, where he oversaw the acquisition of over $700 million of multifamily investments.
Mr. Duey holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Baylor University.
