Yuan Yuan serves as Chief Financial Officer in Milestone’s Dallas office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial management and public accounting. Mrs. Yuan oversees all accounting, investor reporting, treasury, cash management, tax compliance, and internal controls for the firm’s management company, funds, joint ventures, and affiliated entities. She also supervises external auditors, tax advisors, and third-party property managers and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Milestone in 2015, Mrs. Yuan held senior finance roles for both domestic and offshore private equity and real estate funds at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and TPG Capital. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she provided IPO readiness, merger & acquisition due diligence, and business process transformation services to both public Fortune500 companies and private clients in asset management, technology, and energy industries.
Mrs. Yuan holds a B.A. in Economics and International Finance from Renmin University of China in Beijing and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Mrs. Yuan is a licensed CPA in Texas.
