Jon Yu is an Acquisition Analyst in Milestone’s Dallas office where he supports the identifying, underwriting and due diligence of the firm ‘s investments in the Central and West markets. Prior to joining Milestone in June 2022, Jon was a multifamily real estate asset manager and Chief Information Officer for a private company for 7 years where he developed a strong background in caital raising, financial modeling and negotiation. Jon holds a masters degree in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and a bachelors degree in Architecture. Jon is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, Texas Real Estate Commission, Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Real Estate Council.
