David Nouhian is an Acquisitions Associate in Milestone’s Boca Raton office, where he is responsible for sourcing multifamily acquisition opportunities across the firm’s national target markets and supporting the firm’s JV and recapitalization initiatives. Prior to joining Milestone, he served as Vice President at Alpha Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, where he led the company’s expansion into the Mid-Atlantic while continuing to support the firm’s growth in New York City.

Mr. Nouhian holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Yeshiva University.
