Rich Ritter is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Milestone, focused on sourcing multifamily investment opportunities in the firm’s Southwest and Western markets. Prior to joining Milestone, he served as a Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq, specializing in the marketing and sale of multifamily assets across the state of Colorado. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst with ARA Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Team, where he was responsible for underwriting and market research.
Mr. Ritter holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
