Erin Beardsley is a Vice President of Asset Management in Milestone’s Boca Raton office, overseeing the strategic performance of the firm’s multifamily portfolio across multiple markets. With more than 20 years of experience in operations and asset management, she brings deep expertise in financial performance, capital strategy, acquisitions, and property repositioning. Her background in property management enables her to closely align on-the-ground execution with investment objectives, driving both near-term performance and long-term value creation.
Ms. Beardsley holds a degree in English Education from Towson University.
