Tsai-Yi (Eleni) Long serves as an Asset Management Analyst at The Milestone Group’s Dallas office. In her role, she plays a crucial part in supporting the Asset Management team, focusing on executing property business strategies, assessing portfolio performance, and overseeing the operations of assets.

Prior to joining The MilestoneGroup in November 2023, Eleni gained her industry experience at Cushman & Wakefield as part of the Occupier Services team in the Taipei office. In her three years with the company, Eleni contributed to market analysis, due diligence, appraisals, and collaborated closely with the project management team. She was involved in transactions totaling over $400 million USD, mainly in commercial real estate involving offices, factories, and advanced industrial plants.

Eleni holds an MS degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BA in Land Economics, with a focus on Land Management, from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. During her undergraduate studies, she gained practical experience by interning at Cushman & Wakefield for a year.
