Emma McCartney is an Asset Management Associate at The Milestone Group. She is responsible for supporting Milestone’s Asset Management team through implementing property business plans, monitoring capital improvement projects, and evaluating asset operations and performance. Prior to joining Milestone, Ms. McCartney spent four years at CBRE as a Senior Valuation Associate where she was responsible for the valuations of multifamily assets within the Texas region. During her time at CBRE, Ms. McCartney focused on determining the market value of land and existing & proposed multifamily developments through the appraisal process. Ms. McCartney received her BBA in Marketing from The University of Oklahoma in 2016.
