Milestone utilizes an "entrepreneurial approach with an institutional infrastructure", creating a competitive advantage through our operating platform in deal sourcing, strategy execution and efficient and timely decision-making. Milestone executes as an "operator" rather than a "capital allocator", whereby we manage our investments directly, resulting in operational control and more efficient business plan execution. Milestone's wholly owned property management subsidiary, Milestone Management, LP is led by Steve T. Lamberti, President of Milestone Management and Chief Operating Officer of Milestone.
